The Story

The Challenge

We are a large Australian education provider, half-way through a three-year transformation program designed to elevate us into a leading educator and trainer that is financially sustainable for the long term. The transformation is complex — involving many people, processes and technologies, with some programs started and some not yet begun. We need to align all our programs, articulate the dependencies, and optimise delivery by creating a unified single implementation plan.

Our Approach

In collaboration with the education provider, ADAPTOVATE helped accelerate the transformation — achieving benefits sooner through program sequencing, improved risk management and business alignment through human-centred design:

Aligned the executive leadership on the key objectives and expected benefits realization of the transformation
Built a consolidated implementation plan across the streams within the transformation program
Identified both dependencies and risks within and across the streams
Mapped program benefits to financial targets and identified further opportunities to improve benefits realisation beyond the transformation program

Outcomes

ADAPTOVATE accelerated the provider’s transformation through program sequencing, improved risk management and business alignment — delivering a single consolidated implementation plan, clear visibility of cross-stream dependencies and risks, and program benefits mapped to financial targets so value could be realised sooner.
