The Story

We are a nationally renowned vocational education provider looking to streamline student and applicant queries using the power of AI. We get thousands of questions per month, which we need to deliver timely and accurate responses to. Our course information is not easily accessible and we want our staff to be able to intuitively, efficiently and speedily search.

Our Approach

In collaboration with the education provider, ADAPTOVATE designed, launched and trained a pilot programme on using Generative AI solutions.

By piloting Gen AI within the student enquiries team, we empowered staff to deliver a better student experience: a 10x reduction in time for staff to source information and respond to queries faster, a 50% reduction in wait time for students to have their queries answered, identification and prioritisation of 16 use cases that leverage AI to further enhance the student and staff experience, and uplifted capability of front-line staff to effectively use Gen AI.
