Implementing New In-Store Ways of Working in a Major Retail Chain

We are one of Australia’s largest grocery retailers, and we want to roll out new Ways of Working across our stores to improve both the customer and store team experience. We know that success will depend on coaching our leaders and teams, embedding trust and empowerment, and building processes that make change sustainable.

New ways of working were rolled out across 1,500 stores, freed up around 10,000 hours of store managers’ time to spend on the floor, and lifted employee satisfaction scores.
