• Project Lead, Canadian Insurance Client – Led the optimization of the client’s Quarterly Planning process and agile delivery framework for digital pods. Partnered with leadership to establish clear product priorities, streamlining competing initiatives to improve focus and execution. Introduced standardized processes, reducing manual workload by ~60%. Designed and co-delivered targeted training programs, including role-based agile training sessions and one-on-one coaching sessions to upskill leaders and cross-functional teams.
