CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Melanie is a Chartered Accountant who specialises in management reporting and financial analysis. She has over 17 years' experience providing compliance and capital raising advice, strategic analysis, shareholder relation management and financial reporting services. In addition, she has led high performing finance and cross functional teams.

Melanie has experience across a broad range of industries including engineering, recruitment, insurance, financial services, SAAS and consulting. This has been gained across a variety of firms from large multinationals and listed ASX companies to small private firms.

At ADAPTOVATE, Melanie is responsible for the global Finance, IT and Resource Management functions. She enjoys the challenge and diversity of managing entities across multiple jurisdictions as well as engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
