She is known for building trusted relationships, using data and insights to inform decisions, and delivering practical, people-focused solutions that create meaningful impact.

Lené has experience navigating complex, evolving environments, supporting leaders to plan their workforce and build high-performing, engaged teams. Her background spans HR business partnering, learning and development, and organisational design across Australia and South Africa, giving her a broad, global perspective on people strategy.

At ADAPTOVATE, Lené leads the global People & Culture function, partnering closely with the Executive team to shape and deliver people strategy aligned to business priorities. She has built and leads a globally distributed People & Culture team across four regions (Australia, Europe, USA and Canada), leading capability development, employee engagement, and organisational design to support the firm's growth.
