• Increased clarity for teams, visibility into strategy execution & organisational flexibility by introducing Quarterly Delivery Cycles into the infrastructure division & retail media division of an ASX top 20 , Australian FMCG firm. This included coaching executives to define motivational & measurable goals
• Helped 20+ tech and business teams to better align their work with what the business needed, for one of Canada’s top 5 firms by assets under management . Together with the teams , Jeffrey broke the strategy down into actionable & meaningful pieces of work and developed a roadmap to get there . With clarity on what teams needed to do, he then coached on how to deliver iteratively so that the organisation gained earlier results and reduced delivery risk
• Co-designed a high-level Operating Model to better deliver on long-term aspiration in a grocery media retail firm. Model designed to overcome pain points discovered through senior leader interviews & deep dive workshops with teams
• Delivered the Sydney Startup Hub, a $35M investment by the NSW Government to create space for startups so they could continue to have a presence in Sydney’s CBD. Undertook a study tour to Israel to better understand the key factors needed for innovation in NSW. Used the learnings to design and implement a $2M program to stimulate innovation in regional NSW
