Amy is an experienced Agile consultant and trainer, with over 12 years' experience with in-depth knowledge of Financial Institutions and Telecommunications. Amy is a certified Scrum Professional and Scaled Agile Framework Programme Consultant who has experience across agile ways of working, transformations, and innovation.

Prior to ADAPTOVATE, Amy co-founded AgileAvengers.com - a resource hub for agile teams. Amy's goal is to support organisations to embed high-performing cultures by adopting agile ways of working and mindsets.

Amy’s previous engagements include:

• Experienced agile coach at multiple organisations, supporting IT and business departments and theleaders resulting in successful scaled agile transformations.
• Key member of Agile CoE for a global strategy consultancy, supporting the successful implementation of a scaled agile transformation.
• Led key technology innovation project from ideation through to scaled delivery for the world's largest building society.Key member of the agile coaching team, creating the training curriculum and training for over 300 people in business teams, in an introduction to business agility and behaviours course.
• Led people engagement project throughout the covid-19 pandemic, introducing and training new tools and skills, enabling coaches and department/Tribe leads to stay connected to teams despite the challenges of remote working, increasing engagement and efficiency.
