All ADAPTOVATORS have the opportunity to complete the Gallup Clifton Strengths Assessment through our partner, Humanico. This assessment is a consistent global method to discover our strengths that is simple to use, frictionless and engaging.
Completing this online talent assessment is a way to:
- discover what you naturally do best, deep insights into your natural strengths to help you at work but also in life
- learn how to develop your greatest talents into strengths
- Immediate access to a report in narrative form without reliance on your CDA
- use your personalised results and reports to maximize your potential
External Training
To further support the professional development of our team, team members can use their *EVP credits towards external training that is relevant to their role and career development at ADAPTOVATE. Examples of such external training are:
Formal education courses provided by
*tertiary institutions towards a recognised qualification
*tertiary institutions are universities or registered training organisations with professional industry recognised certifications
Industry forums e.g. related to Agile, ADAPTOVATE Partners like Atlassian, client industries, etc.
Conferences related to ADAPTOVATE e.g. Agile, Partner conferences like Atlassian, Product and or Innovation conferences
Certifications e.g. a certification you can use in your consulting practise e.g., financial, marketing, accounting credentials.
Short courses e.g. English, or a second language, for advanced business and proficiency if required in your region e.g. German
